Develop proposals, manage subconsultants, and lead progress meetings.
Manage all phases of airfield and landside civil design projects (scope, schedule, budget, and quality).
Ensure compliance with FAA, DOT, and state regulations.
Serve as primary client point of contact for airports and partner firms.
Lead and mentor engineering teams, including assigning tasks and reviewing deliverables.
Support business development efforts and proposal pursuits across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic markets.
Oversee design of runways, taxiways, aprons, utilities, stormwater systems, and associated infrastructure.

Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited Program
Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
8–15 years of professional experience in project management and civil/site design (aviation, roadway, transportation preferred).
Professional Engineering (PE) license required.
Prior experience managing airport or transportation projects preferred.
