- Manage inception, life cycle and decommissioning of facility assets and system.
- Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans that ensure the reliability and availability of facility equipment and systems.

- Work Order Management: Oversee the creation, tracking, and completion of work orders using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance maintenance operations.
- Scheduling: Create and manage detailed schedules for maintenance activities, coordinating with internal teams and external contractors to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Develops and maintains inventory of materials and parts critical to the facility.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, maintenance logs, and equipment history.
- Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols.
- Coordinate Facility Condition Assessments, organize data and deliver related reports.
