You'll be working on a range of projects and if you have an eye for residential and regeneration projects, you could be a great match. My client is looking for a safe pair of hands to lead on projects and oversee a range of planning initiatives, driving high-quality, innovative results and ensuring they are delivered on schedule. You will also be expected to provide guidance and mentorship to more junior members of the team, helping them develop their skills, grow professionally, and contribute effectively to our projects. You don't have to have a massive network of clients or business to bring over, but must be eager to get involved further down the line.

• A close-knit team where everyone gets involved; fundraising events, team hikes and events, ad-hoc socials (team lunches and work socials) and encouraged industry networking events and awards evenings (of which they're frequently nominated and winning!)

• Proven experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships through clear and confident communication.
• A strong technical understanding of UK planning legislation, including relevant policies, regulatory frameworks, and statutory procedures.
• MRTPI accreditation
• Previous planning consultancy experience (minimum 6 years experience)
• Experience in mentoring junior colleagues

Salary: Up to 61k plus a discretionary bonus (industry leading)
