Payroll Vendor Management
Reporting into the UK HR Director you will lead and optimize our human resources operation in the UK for around 1200 employees. This role will be responsible for driving process improvements across HR & payroll operations and overseeing our outsourced payroll vendor relationship. A key area of focus will be to move to a HRIS which is aligned to the wider Modulaire group. Direct Reports include a Payroll Manager, Payroll Specialist and a HR Co-ordinator, this is a hands on roll and well suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to make continuous improvements to HR & Payroll Operations
