  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Ability to climb and work at heights exceeding 200 feet.
  • Strong understanding of tower safety, rigging techniques, and industry best practices.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; CDL preferred but not required.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Must be able to relocate to Rapid City, SD prior to start date.
  • 3+ years of tower construction or utility construction experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or foreman role.
  • Capacity to lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors in varying weather conditions, and travel as needed.
