Assisting with invoice processing, verification, and entry into the accounting system;
And supporting special projects and process improvement initiatives within Accounting & Finance.
Assisting in preparing payment runs and ensuring timely vendor payments;
Maintaining & updating our Certificate of Insurance software;
Supporting vendor management by helping resolve invoice discrepancies and inquiries;
Reviewing vendor Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for compliance with company requirements;
Reviewing supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance with company policies;
Helping maintain accurate AP records and filing systems (electronic and/or paper);
Comparing vendor invoices to subagreements to ensure billing accuracy and contract compliance;
Responding to employee inquiries regarding reimbursement status and policy compliance;
Assisting with month-end close activities, including accruals and reconciliations as needed;
Processing employee reimbursement requests, including verifying receipts, ensuring compliance with company travel & expense policies, and preparing reimbursements for payment;

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Currently pursuing an Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Availability on Friday is required.
