Develop & maintain long‑term financial plans, provide analysis and support strategic decisions.
To ensure the LTFP is continuously updated to include the latest financial position and forecasts by working in collaboration with Development Finance, Treasury and Financial Reporting.
Contribute to wider Group projects related to investment strategy and financial planning.
To support the preparation of reports and presentations to Senior Management, Executive, Committee and Board.
To support data to the Regulator of Social Housing including collation, validation and accurate timely submission.
To perform a range of financial modelling, analysis and ‘what-if' scenarios to support decision making.

Advanced IT skills, including complex Excel spreadsheets (with VBA), and confidence working with high value projects.
Experience of financial planning and analysis in a large complex organisation.
Although home-based, you must be able to travel to our offices in Solihull and Worcester, typically 2–3 times per month.
Experience in developing complex and bespoke financial models.
Experience of working with operational managers in a support role and of liaising with people at different levels across the business.
A fully qualified accountant (CCAB or equivalent), with strong post-qualification experience.
Demonstrable experience in finance / financial services in a large and complex organisation with substantial capital budgets.
