Manage bid solicitations, subcontractor scoping, and bid leveling
Prepare and present budgets, proposals, and recommendation packages
Drive value engineering solutions and assess constructability early in the design phase
Lead the full preconstruction process from concept through GMP development
Partner with architects, engineers, and owners to align design, budget, and schedule

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage project planning, cost modelling, estimating leadership, and working closely with clients, design teams, and operations.
Proficient in estimating software and digital takeoff tools
Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and market pricing
Ability to manage multiple pursuits and deadlines
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
7+ years of commercial construction experience in estimating or preconstruction
Strong background with commercial, industrial, or institutional projects
Competitive base salary ($130–160k)
$130,000 – $160,000 + Bonus + Benefits
