Monitor and analyze top compliance issues, systemic issues, and opportunities
Monitor Audit KPI’s and reporting
Support development and management of the global audit program across all Nordex sites.
Proactively identify and propose improvement opportunities based on findings
Execute and coordinate the global audit program across plants, sites and projects against plan and on demand
Monitor and follow up on identified compliance issues
Provide coaching in problem solving (8D) to solve compliance issues across sites
Coordinate and support 3rd party audits across Nordex in. acc. with audit plan
Support the implementation and continuous development of Nordex’ management system and internal procedures
Report and communicate deviations and improvements
Provide input to and support the implementation of the Global Audit Strategy.
