Set clear expectations, provide coaching, and build a culture centered on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Provide oversight on critical proposals, and technical risks to ensure high confidence in customer-facing work.
Standardize processes, improve consistency, and raise the level of technical execution across the group.
Join customer discussions as a technical leader, helping translate customer needs into meaningful engineering direction.
Lead and support a team of engineers and managers, helping them develop their skills and advance in their careers.
Make decisions that balance technical needs with financial realities and long-term business strategy.
Maintain strong working relationships with product management, product development, marketing, project management, and operations.
Help identify gaps in the product portfolio, emerging customer needs, and opportunities to expand or refine offerings.
Work with supply chain and product teams to ensure selected partners meet technical, reliability, and compliance requirements.
Work closely with the sales organization to qualify opportunities, create solution strategies, and increase win probability.

7+ years of experience in power distribution or related technical industries, with a strong background in leadership.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and influence across the organization.
Advanced Electrical Engineering Degree.
Comfortable operating in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities
Direct experience leading engineering teams, including managers and senior technical staff.
Experience working closely with sales teams and supporting large customer pursuits.
