We are seeking a Multifamily Portfolio Analyst to support ownership and asset‑management functions of our expanding multifamily portfolio. The analyst will translate property‑level data into clear recommendations, drive NOI growth, improve capital efficiency, and protect long‑term asset value, reporting directly to the Controller.
- Analyze monthly and quarterly property financials and NOI performance to identify underperforming assets.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning; monitor actual performance versus budget.
- Prepare ownership and investor reports, presentations, and performance narratives.
- Conduct value‑creation analyses, including expense optimization, capital‑project ROI, and hold/sell decisions.
- Collaborate with asset, regional, and property teams to translate operational issues into financial impact.
- Maintain and enhance asset‑management dashboards, reporting tools, and data quality in systems like AppFolio, Yardi, or RealPage.

We look for candidates with a bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, accounting or a related field, and 2‑4+ years of experience in multifamily asset management or real‑estate analytics. Ideal applicants combine strong financial analysis and Excel skills with the ability to communicate insights to both operational and executive audiences.
The role favors an ownership mindset, strategic thinking, and a proactive, solution‑oriented attitude. Bilingual (English/Spanish) abilities and experience with platforms such as AppFolio, Yardi, MRI, or RealPage are considered strong assets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 2–4+ years experience in multifamily asset management, real‑estate analytics, or property financial analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas); Power BI a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey insights to operational and executive audiences.
- Experience with underwriting assumptions, capital planning, refinance analysis, or value‑add strategies.
- Familiarity with AppFolio, Yardi, MRI, or RealPage; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

The position offers a salary range of $60,000‑$80,000 and is based at our Orlando corporate office, with a hybrid schedule considered. Work hours are Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
