Senior Cost Manager - (Aviation)

Description

The successful candidate will deliver cost management services throughout all project phases across multiple sectors, lead discipline‑specific areas with advanced technical knowledge, conduct feasibility studies and advise on procurement strategies and contract selection, and apply value management techniques to enhance outcomes and cost efficiency. They will also manage estimating and cost planning, present final cost plans to stakeholders, oversee contract documentation, maintain cost control with monthly reporting, and evaluate contractor claims while managing design‑change impacts and mentoring Cost Consultants.

Requirements

A degree in quantity surveying or cost management (or equivalent) and professional membership such as MRICS (or equivalent) are required, together with essential experience in the Middle East.
