HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical Dispatcher

Description

• Communicate with customers on job updates including delays, move up attempts and reschedules
• Route jobs created by the call center to technicians for all trades in the Tucson locaiton
• Answer incoming requests from technicians via phone or email regarding the job they are on or attempting to dispatch to
• Audit information listed in jobs to determine information is accurate regarding type of service and equipment to assign to the appropriate technician
• Deliver world class customer service
• Answer incoming requests from the call center and other departments via email, phone, Teams chats, etc.
• Manage the dispatch board by monitoring technicians’ progress throughout their day and keeping in communication on follow ups and job extensions

Requirements

• This is an onsite position M-F in Tucson and you MUST be local
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
• 2+ year Dispatch experience plus 1 year Customer Service experience required
• Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, Word and Excel
• Bi-lingual a plus, but not required
• Maintain positive outlook even in stressful situations
• Attention to detail
• Strong phone presence
• Knowledge of the Tucson Metropolitan area for best routing practices
