Financial Controller EMEA

Description

• Stakeholder relationships, working with stakeholders from finance to operations to get things done.
• Leading the EMEA regional finance function: processes, controls, and reporting.
• Leading M&A finance integration streams for new acquisitions in EMEA, applying IFRS 3, managing purchase price allocations, and embedding new entities into our financial framework.
• Driving process improvement across month-end close, controls, and workflows.
• Partnering with Group Tax to ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Owning monthly reporting for the region, delivering accurate, timely, and insightful packs that help senior leaders make smart decisions.

Requirements

• You can turn complex financial data into clear, actionable insight.
• You’ve operated as a Financial Controller or senior finance lead in a multinational business with complexity and scale.
• You’re confident managing month-end close, improving processes, and delivering under pressure.
• You’re proactive, organised, and thrive in fast-moving environments and have an eye for detail.
• You’re based in/around (or willing to relocate to) Nottingham, and happy to be in the office 3 days a week.
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) with 3+ years post-qualified experience.
• You have hands-on experience with M&A integration accounting.
