The Senior Media Planning Manager drives growth, visibility and performance of MAF Retail’s advertising solutions across on‑site, off‑site, in‑store and data‑led media channels. Working closely with sales, marketing and product teams, the role develops integrated campaigns, leads the retail media events calendar and strengthens client relationships to enhance the retail media offering.
You will lead strategic planning and execution of event‑led media campaigns across omni‑channel products, and create media frameworks and go‑to‑market strategies that align with Precision Media brand objectives. Partnering with data and insights teams, you will use first‑party shopper data for audience targeting and campaign optimisation. You will oversee creative and media asset production, ensuring messaging aligns with retailer brand initiatives and maximises advertiser engagement. Additionally, you will build and execute the Precision Media marketing strategy, manage collateral, case studies and thought‑leadership content, and collaborate with advertisers, agencies and internal commercial teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communication or a related field and brings at least eight years of experience in media, marketing or retail media, preferably within FMCG, e‑commerce or digital advertising. Proven expertise in omnichannel media planning, campaign execution and proficiency with media performance and marketing analytics tools is required.
