Parts Purchasing Agent - Spanish Fork

Description

• Order parts and supplies for all maintenance divisions and equipment.
• Coordinate schedule and stops for parts runner.
• Visualize, fulfil, and implement the company vision and core values.
• Perform duties of a parts clerk, which includes operate forklift.
• Check out parts to mechanics and drivers.
• Ensure a safe and healthful work environment at all times.
• Submit purchase orders to authorized personnel.
• Maintain insurable driving record.

Requirements

• Intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Skilled in bargaining and negotiating with vendors
• Ability to move at least 50 pounds
• Knowledge of the internet and how to shop for parts online
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
