Lead M/E Surveyor
Bellrock Group
Provides property and facilities management services across multiple sectors.
Develop the Assets service line, working with the Head of Assets (M&E).
Attend on TEAMS or in person at regular Senior Level Team meetings.
Support development of Assets Division. This incorporates driving sustainable growth, statutory compliance and governance, retention and development of our client base.
Assist in the ongoing development of business processes, templates and standard forms.
Manage resource requirements and monitor & manage to agreed deadlines.
Lead with project progress meetings where necessary, and keep the Head of Assets informed of progress.
Ensure the delivery of a professional and exceptional service to clients.
Participate actively as part of the senior level team.
Creates new and imaginative approaches to work related issues. Identifies fresh approaches and shows a willingness to question traditional assumptions.
Follow industry practice and legislation to deliver competent Assets Services.
Manage fee level versus resource/time (job cost) to deliver required services.
Assist in growing the customer base so that the Asset Team positively contributes to the growth and financial performance of the business overall.
Assist other team Leads with team resourcing / planning.
Provide lifecycle reports for M&E plant.
Address promptly and make senior management aware of any project issues.
Identify M&E assets to formulate asset registers.
Undertake survey work as directed by Head of Assets.
Complete WIP exercises.
Development and maintain relationships with contemporaries in other areas of the company.
Provide regular progress and performance reports to senior management.
Providing advice around M&E lifecycle management.
Setup new projects.
Ensure all business processes are being followed by staff.
Be a proactive team member within the Asset Division, ensuring that the company culture and behaviours are always displayed.
Working collaboratively with other people across the other divisions to achieve targets and present a seamless approach to clients.
Carry out management reviews of technical outputs in accordance with business management systems.
Support other areas of Bellrock Consulting.

Knowledge of sfg20, NRM3, CIBSE Guide M.
High degree of direction, self-reliance, assertiveness and the willingness to learn.
Knowledge of different CAFM, IWMS Quality Management processes and systems.
Strong planning, communication and people skills together with a “hands-on” approach.
Good understanding of M&E principals.
Ability to travel – UK-wide position. Some overnight stays may be required.

Reasonable knowledge of the Building Surveying market, with up to 3 years direct experience.
