A well-established, multidisciplinary land development consulting firm is seeking a Senior Project Manager with 10+ years of experience in Civil Engineering to join its growing team. This position is available in any of the firm's New England offices, including locations in Massachusetts and New Hampshire and has the option to be fully remote for a New England resident.
- In-depth knowledge of Massachusetts land use entitlement processes and local/state regulations.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and civil design software such as AutoCAD and HydroCAD.
- Familiarity with municipal projects is a plus.
- Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across disciplines and levels.
- Experience with private development projects, including site due diligence, zoning analysis, and permitting.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel to project sites and attend public hearings and meetings as needed.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Massachusetts.
- Proficiency in technical computations, plan review, and regulatory interpretation.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in civil engineering and project management.
