The Front Desk Associate serves as the primary point of contact for residents, owners, guests, vendors, and staff, delivering excellent customer service, supporting building operations, monitoring access, and assisting management with administrative and communication tasks to ensure a safe, well‑run community.
The role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to remain diplomatic in adverse circumstances. It is a full‑time position working Thursday through Sunday, 7 am–3 pm, with pay up to $20 DOE. Applicants must reside within 30 minutes of the East Boca Raton area.
