Provide support and advice to project teams on document management best practices.
Assist with formatting, compiling, and delivering controlled project packages.
Ensure documentation is prepared, reviewed, and approved in line with Ausenco and client standards.
Maintain document registers and ensure version and revision control of all project documentation.
Coordinate with clients and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with project-specific document control procedures and confidentiality requirements.
Liaise with Project Managers to document project specific work instructions and processes.
