- Experience working within a specialty chemical manufacturing site or power generation facility.
- Demonstrated maintenance operations knowledge with experience in environmental, safety, and health compliance.
- Cross-functional collaboration and communication.
- High School Diploma/GED is required.
- Experience with CMMS system, MOC process, and work in progress audits.
- Minimum of 3 years in electrical maintenance with proven planning and scheduling experience for normal maintenance and shutdown activities.
- Computer proficiency Microsoft Office / Google Suite; CMMS system experience including data entry, procurement, parts specification retrieval, history and reliability analysis.
- Work order management and system optimization.
- Must possess a strong mechanical aptitude; proficiency in electrical planning and scheduling; knowledge of shutdown operations, understanding of regulatory requirements, and work audits.
