The Infrastructure Strategy Manager will shape the future of airport and aviation infrastructure by creating and executing long‑term strategies that align with regulatory, environmental, and commercial goals. The role sits within the Infrastructure Department and collaborates across planning, operations, finance, sustainability, and external partners to ensure cohesive connectivity and strategic alignment.
Key duties include supporting strategic planning, ensuring alignment with national aviation policies and capital investment plans, and managing interfaces across programmes and external parties. The manager will engage stakeholders, prepare updates for senior leadership, and drive innovative, data‑driven solutions while overseeing project ideation, feasibility, and lifecycle coordination.
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Planning or a related discipline and have at least five years of experience in infrastructure or aviation consultancy. A strong background in multidisciplinary teamwork, stakeholder management, and influencing process improvements is essential, along with attributes such as strategic thinking, attention to detail, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous professional development.
