  • Take phone calls, texts, and emails from clients and team members about issues clients are facing.
  • Enter all case details into the company's CMMS, CRM, or ticketing system.
  • Troubleshoot issues with the homeowner over the phone and/or with a Seal representative.
  • Assist with initiating RMA requests, tracking replacement equipment, and coordinating shipments with vendors.
  • Ensure the intake process reflects professionalism, reliability, and responsiveness, building long-term client trust.
  • Collect key site details, system specs, error codes, inverter make/model, warranty status, and customer account info.
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and O&M supervisors to ensure smooth resolution of service cases.
  • Check new systems on the monitoring and make sure they are working properly.
  • Reach out to the manufacturer when there is a faulty part that is still under warranty.
  • Quote clients and service partners for service projects.
  • Troubleshoot issues with the manufacturer over the phone or via chat support.
  • Monitor systems and identify issues.
