Minimum qualifications are ten or more years of experience in public or stakeholder communications for large‑scale infrastructure projects, and a bachelor’s or master’s degree in communications, public relations, planning, journalism, marketing, or a related field; professional licensure is preferred.

The compensation package offers a salary of $131,000‑$136,000, 100% covered medical, vision, and dental insurance, life and disability insurance, 10.5 days of accrued vacation, 6 days of sick pay, 10 days of holiday pay, a 3% employer 401(k) contribution after one year, a monthly cell phone stipend, and a work laptop.
