  • Participer à l’implantation des projets en capital approuvés par la direction
  • Recueillir les informations nécessaires pour l’amélioration du fonctionnement des équipements, l’amélioration des procédés, la réduction des temps de cycle et la réduction au minimum des erreurs humaines;
  • Développer et coordonner des projets d’améliorations avec les OEMs afin de s’assurer que l’usine bénéficie des meilleures pratiques développées dans toute l’industrie;
  • Travailler avec les membres de l’équipe d’opération afin de standardiser les procédures d’opération.
  • Supporter et conseiller le département de production afin d’assurer un rendement constant et optimal des équipes.
  • Communiquer les problèmes potentiels qui aideront à prioriser les travaux;
  • Travailler en collaboration avec les surintendants des différents départements et les opérateurs sur des projets afin de résoudre les problèmes de temps d’arrêts fréquents te ainsi améliorer le procédé;
