6+ years of experience in real estate, data analytics/business intelligence, investment management, or financial planning & analysis is required. Experience in multifamily real estate is preferred.
Experience with capital expenditure (CapEx) systems, such as Yardi Voyager, preferred.
Strong financial literacy with the ability to interpret and analyze income statements, balance sheets, and other financial documents.
Requires the ability to work Monday through Friday. The position includes in-person work requirements consistent with the hybrid policy located at Essex's corporate office in Irvine. The hybrid policy is subject to change at Essex’s sole discretion.
