Establish and maintain effective work relationship with other department staff, management and general public.
Perform periodic reconciliations of Oracle and Grantor database systems to confirm active project information.
Assists with related federal, state, local, and internal audits.
Plan and organize work to meet changing priorities and deadlines.
Work with Grant Management staff to ensure budget revisions, amendments and other revised project information is updated in Oracle in a timely manner.
Assists with other Ad Hoc projects and research related to JTA Projects.
Work closely with Project Managers across the Authority to track project financial performance and ensure project completion within scope, schedule and budget.
Actively support and develop continual process improvement to transform financial processes and delivery of information to our internal and external customers.
Responsible for providing monthly reporting on project status and performance analysis.
Perform periodic quality control reviews over project information, spend and billing for active projects.
Assist the Financial Planning and Analysis team with the annual Capital Budget Planning process.
Work with Oracle IT staff to research and resolve subledger/general ledger processing issues.
Assist with the review of contract agreements to ensure compliance and performance metrics adherence.
Evaluate and analyze financial information
Review project spend for accuracy and validity in accordance with Federal and State regulations, company policy and budgetary limits.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must have three to five years related work experience in performing accounting, budgeting and analysis functions.
Prefer knowledge and experience with fund accounting & grant operations.
Prefer experience working with governmental regulations and programs.
Must be able to work independently.
Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite 12.1.3 or higher.
Must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, or finance.
Proficient knowledge of Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.
