  • You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work

  • You have operational knowledge and theory of all interconnecting circuits including but not limited to T1, T3, and microwave radio
  • You accept and provide constructive feedback
  • Possess a solid understanding of theory and application related to RAN.
  • You must be able to read and interpret site plans, construction drawings, and SOW
  • You have solid communication skills; verbal, written, and presentation.
  • Have a solid understanding of theory and advanced understanding of applications related to transport.
  • You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality
  • Travel between Arizona, Nevada, and New Mexico for 2-3 week rotations.
  • You have a two-year vocational degree in a technical discipline, or a Military equivalent is preferred
  • You have a minimum 5+ years of wireless telecommunications or other related experience
  • You must possess a valid driver’s license and comply with the company motor vehicle policy
  • You understand basic RF Engineering, Radio Frequency theory, and Electricity and Electronics Theory
  • You have basic leadership skills and the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks
  • Possess excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • You are self-motivated; exhibit initiative in achieving company goals and objectives
  • You are able to work independently or in a team environment
  • You have strong attention to detail
