Description

• Own the Process: Work closely with project managers, trade partners, and owners to anticipate challenges and proactively solve them.
• Manage Project Cost & Scope: Verify subcontractor work, track changes, and communicate scope adjustments to the project manager.
• Oversee MEP Systems: Partner with subcontractors to ensure proper installation, scheduling, and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Be the On-Site Leader: Take ownership of daily operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and at the highest standards.
• Lead the Jobsite: Oversee subcontractors, coordinate daily activities, and proactively ensure project needs are met.
• Ensure High-Quality Work: Monitor progress daily, address deficiencies early, and uphold a zero-punch list mindset.
• Execute a Smooth Close-Out: Work with the project manager to ensure seamless project turnover with a strong close-out and commissioning plan.
• Drive Project Success: Oversee cost, schedule, and quality to keep everything moving smoothly.
• Keep the Schedule on Track: Plan and coordinate work efficiently, notify subcontractors in advance, and keep teams aligned.

Requirements

• Tech-savvy mindset and willingness to learn new construction management tools.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and directing subcontractors.
• Clear communication skills to coordinate across project teams, subcontractors, and owners.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including installation and troubleshooting.
