  • Liberal Arts: Interns will develop strong writing, research, and analytical skills, which are valuable in various professional fields.
  • Prior internship or co-op experience (preferred) with a preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0
  • Business: Interns will develop project management, organizational, and analytical skills, which are essential for various business roles.
  • Meets the critical capabilities listed above. Knowledge of rail industry is a plus but not required.
  • Communications: Interns will enhance their ability to create clear and effective communication materials, including training guides, presentations, and reports.
  • Education / Majors: Current sophomore or junior undergraduates pursuing a BA/BS from an accredited college or university and majoring in Education, Learning Technology, Marketing, Communications, Liberal Arts, Business, Instructional Design, Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development.
  • Marketing: The experience will help students understand how to create engaging content and communication materials, which are crucial for marketing and promotional activities.

  • Work Authorization: Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
