- Travel as required to support business development efforts, client meetings, site visits, and project execution.

- Represent Arcadis at industry events and within professional organizations, while mentoring junior staff and fostering a collaborative, high-performance team environment.
- Lead the development and implementation of California’s water reuse strategy, including tracking key projects, engaging with regulatory agencies, and supporting market positioning initiatives.
