The Business Intelligence/Technology Support Specialist acts as the primary liaison for internal and external customers, addressing issues related to the InterPlan and Jira tools. The role monitors help‑desk dashboards, maintains tool performance, and collaborates with the software provider to resolve technical problems. It also generates KPI reports, shares insights with senior management, and leads continuous‑improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate has 0‑2 years of experience developing and maintaining applications using Microsoft SSRS, SAP BI, Power BI, Tableau, SharePoint, and Access, with a focus on building complex reports and visualisations. Strong analytical, organisational and interpersonal abilities, excellent written and verbal communication, and the capacity to work independently and collaboratively across cultures are essential. A continuous‑improvement mindset, project‑management skills and a willingness to learn are also required.
A BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent is preferred, and prior experience as a Data Analyst or ETL specialist is advantageous. Familiarity with SQL Server, SSRS, Analytical Services, Power Query and related visualisation tools, as well as certifications such as PMI‑PMP, Scrum, or NACE/AMPP, are considered assets. Commercial or business‑development experience is a plus.
