The Quantity Surveyor will handle project tenders, contracts, variations and claims throughout the project lifecycle. They will manage budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting, prepare monthly payment claims (COP) and track operational costs. The role also supports procurement, invoice reviews and ensures compliance with contractual obligations.
Candidates should hold a diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management or a related field and have 2–3 years of experience in cost management, contract administration or facilities management. Strong knowledge of tendering, contract terms, variations and claims processes is essential, as is proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word, and familiarity with financial reporting tools. The ideal applicant demonstrates excellent analytical, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
