  • Participates and supports the local area/region in Go/NoGo’s, proposal development, and strategic pursuits within the IWW Business Class.
  • Participate in strategic planning and the development of annual and longterm goals to support program and client development, community and industry participation, project pursuits, and talent acquisition and development.
  • Facilitates projectlevel lessons learned meetings or workshops.
  • Participates in internal and/or external technical working groups or practice groups.
  • Partners with Global BC Leads to support the implementation of BC Initiatives at the Area Level.
  • Implement, monitor and support company policies
  • Achieves a 75% to 80% utilization goal by actively leading or supporting projects.
  • Drives HDR’s Quality Processes and Procedures including implementing business class specific quality process enhancements and leading Project Approach and Resource Review (PARR) meetings.
  • Leads the technical review or proposals and statements of qualifications.
  • Active participant in ongoing technical working groups (both internally and externally)
  • Responsible for staff’s technical development and mentorship including deploying technical onboarding, internal and external technical and/or business class training content, and technical mentorship for Area BC staff.
  • Leads the implementation of technical standards, guidelines, tools, and recommended practices within their respective Area.
  • Partners with Area Leadership to support area level technical and delivery staff recruitment and retention
  • Assist in the selection, training, development and management of technical personnel
  • Facilitates the identification of project delivery team requirements (experience, expertise, availability) for critical projects
