Description

The CNA – Home Health Scheduler assists licensed nursing staff by performing routine nursing duties and activities of daily living. Additionally, the role includes scheduling staff and maintaining accurate records of hours worked, with flexibility for varying hours and occasional weekends.

Requirements

Applicants must meet qualifications such as a high school diploma, completion of a state‑approved nurse aide program, required registration, ability to follow instructions in English, basic arithmetic, documentation skills, a valid driver’s license (and golf‑cart training if needed), ability to concentrate amidst interruptions, good judgment, at least one year of health‑care experience (preferably long‑term care), and familiarity with ERSP software is a plus.

• Demonstrates good judgment in planning and executing standard procedures.
• Minimum one year healthcare experience (preferably long‑term care); 2–5 years home‑care staff scheduling experience preferred.
• Required state health personnel registry registration.
• Experience with ERSP software is a plus.
