Requirements

• Ideally CPEng certified or seeking to attain in the next 1-2 years.
• Multidisciplinary technical Expertise: A strong track record of operating effectively in multidisciplinary environments and driving a broad spectrum of outcomes.
• Relationship Building: The ability to maintain and nurture key client relationships.
• The ability to mentor and guide both senior and junior staff
• Proficient in mechanical design, including heat loads, system design, equipment selection and coordination.
• Proven experience working as a Mechanical engineering consultant in the Australian market.
• Work winning mentality: Demonstrated ability to consistently win work from key clients.
• Client Excellence: Exemplary communication, design leadership, and the ability to influence at the design table.
• Tertiary qualification in Engineering.
