- Prepping modular units and equipment during the build and completion phases of the projects, including cleaning, touch up painting, and caulking
- Stocking and supplying cleaning materials to designated facility areas
- Responsible for cleaning the units, removing debris, and keeping all the corners and areas clean and tidy
- Ensure safety guidelines are being met to ensure a safe work environment
- Making sure that all finished goods, tools and materials are in good order and condition
- Keeping tools organized and working area clean
- Shrink wrapping and prepping units for shipment
