Festive Chef De Partie

Description

• Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
• Assist in menu development and contribute creative ideas for festive specials.
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and maintaining kitchen equipment.
• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes for our festive menus, ensuring consistency and presentation.
• Uphold strict hygiene and food safety standards.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous experience in a Chef de Partie role or similar, ideally in a high-volume kitchen.
• Experience in one of Scotland’s leading hospitality groups.
• Relevant food hygiene certification is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service times.
• Strong knowledge of modern cooking techniques and seasonal ingredients.
