Senior Technical Project Manager

Description

This is a key leadership role delivering significant capital projects across hospitals and healthcare facilities in the region. You'll manage the full project lifecycle - from brief development and design team coordination through to construction, commissioning and handover.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and building regulations
• Work collaboratively with clinical, estates and administrative teams
• Oversee project budgets, programmes and quality standards
• Manage design teams, contractors and procurement processes
• Lead major capital projects in acute and community healthcare settings

Requirements

• Knowledge of public sector procurement and contract management
• Minimum 7 years' experience in construction, building services or capital project delivery
• Experience working on live operational sites (healthcare experience advantageous)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Galway-based with regional travel
• Level 8 degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering OR Chartered/Full membership of Engineers Ireland
