The Service Ambassador role oversees the delivery of the “World’s Best Workplace” on office and cafeteria floors. You act as the primary point of contact for employees and visitors, providing information, assistance, and ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
Daily duties include managing unassigned seating, coordinating meeting rooms, maintaining floor aesthetics, handling help‑desk tickets, and organizing community‑building events. You will work closely with facilities, security, and hospitality teams to address issues promptly and continuously improve the workspace experience.
- Manage and coordinate the “World’s Best Workplace” delivery across office and cafeteria areas.
- Serve as the primary contact for employees and visitors, providing information and assistance.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of assigned floors.
- Guide users to appropriate services, meeting rooms, and support teams.
- Facilitate unassigned seating and ensure its effectiveness.
- Build community engagement and organize floor events and activities.
- Collect and act on employee feedback, producing monthly utilization reports.
- Maintain floor ambassador documentation and signage in SharePoint.
- Assist newcomers and visitors with workstation setup, printing, and orientation.
- Enforce clean‑desk policies, manage lost‑and‑found, and reset desk/room configurations.
- Conduct regular floor audits, adjust cleaning schedules, and oversee whiteboard content.
- Submit and track help‑desk tickets, ensuring timely resolution and long‑term fixes.
- Manage inventory of floor equipment (headsets, keyboards, mice) and replace as needed.
- Observe health‑and‑safety guidelines, monitor temperature, and control blind dressing.
