Description

The role involves contacting homeowners by telephone, setting up qualified appointments for free consultations, inputting lead information, updating reports, and answering calls generated by advertisements.

• Deliver and adapt scripted pitches to homeowners’ needs
• Answer inbound calls and respond to advertisement inquiries
• Obtain and record homeowners’ contact information and conversation details
• Schedule and confirm appointments for canvassers or sales representatives
• Input appointment and lead data into the computer system
• Perform quality control on phone calls
• Follow up with homeowners after initial contact

Requirements

• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
• Experience in telemarketing, sales, marketing, or promotions
• Ability to learn product knowledge (training provided)
• Proficiency with relevant computer applications
