The role focuses on driving sales of high‑performance, liquid‑applied flooring systems across the Eastern United States, managing relationships with contractors, architects, owners, engineers, and other decision‑makers in commercial construction. The manager will support existing accounts, uncover new business opportunities, and position Neogard as the preferred choice in the flooring market.
Candidates should have at least seven years of successful sales experience in construction materials, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and a willingness to travel up to 60% of the time. A strong understanding of polymeric technology, familiarity with Neogard products, and proven conflict‑resolution skills are required.
