As a Field Supervisor – Process you will oversee daily operations of your onsite team across the assigned region, provide technical guidance, and support delivery of multiple global customer projects. You will play an essential role in identifying improvements to products, processes and procedures.

Ensure engineers' procedures are followed on all work scopes
Manage the project or specific shift on‑site depending on project size
Ensure safe rig‑up of equipment according to operating procedures
Inspect equipment before and after operation
Assist in training junior staff
Conduct and participate in all pre‑job meetings

Requirements
