Lead Sales teams to offer of integrated solutions encompassing JLL’s suite of product offerings and services – across the whole real estate life cycle – demonstrating a sound level of knowledge of all product groups and leveraging SME’s within the firm for detailed offerings
Serve as a credible and active member of the specific Industry real estate community, participating in relevant organizations serving as a subject matter expert, board member, panelist, etc.
Lead and manage a collaborative relationship with the firm's Markets Brokerage team as a key component of Sales growth across the firm. Lead successful interface with Markets Brokers for complete Sales alignment
Identify opportunities to demonstrate expertise and leadership within industry organization to further advance the recognition of JLL as a leader
Drive revenue growth through new and existing sales channels and markets.
Develop and deliver on a Sales Strategy for the specific region and / or market
Develop and nurture a high performing Sales team and Enablement platform to support sales and drive year on year performance improvement
Lead the Geographic Sales, comprising: Organic Growth of Accounts & New IFM Sales, Collaborating with PDS and Consulting Sales team to bring an integrated approach to the client.
Lead and coordinate the Geographic Sales team across all segments of sales landscape including: Enterprise, Vertical and Scaling and partner with Transactional Sales teams/efforts.
Utilize JLL’s sales process and tools to drive profitable and desired growth. Including but not limited to: 7 step sales process, go/no-go process, Key Issues Analysis (KIA), and the CRM technology.

Deliver sales growth through a) prospecting in new market segments and clients b) expanding existing client relationships and scaling up relationships to platform level framework agreements
Lead contract negotiations such that we maximize profitability and mitigate risk with full alignment to the Contract Review Board process and governance.

Experience serving, collaborating with and influencing executive management especially sales leadership.
BS/BA Required. Masters or MBA degree preferred.
Exhibits flexibility, open-mindedness and adaptability to a rapidly changing environment.
Ten years of sales/ sales enablement experience with global high tech B2B organization.
Desire for continuous improvement. Creative thinking, problem solving and the ability to innovate.
Experience with CRM and sales enablement platforms – Microsoft Dynamics and Seismic are desirable.
A passion for the profession of sales. Familiarity with the Miller-Heiman sales methodology is a plus.
Diverse industry and functional backgrounds gained through consulting or elsewhere.
Leadership and change management. Strong people manager with the ability to build a new team, working with a diverse set of skills (strategic, technical, sales and regional marketing).
Commercially and financially astute, comfortable with company P&L and, ideally, also balance sheet.
Ability to navigate culture and politics across multiple functions to generate win-win solutions.
Collaborative, goal oriented and able to solve problems/ meet goals in creative ways with limited resources. Able to identify and use resources outside direct reporting structure.
