What you would be doing

Perform regular property inspections to spot maintenance issues, safety hazards, and areas for enhancement.
Monitor resident satisfaction through in-person interactions or follow-up calls to ensure a wonderful living experience.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering various topics such as petty cash variance, leasing, renewals, financials, market analysis, and bi-weekly payroll.
Conduct performance reviews, offer constructive feedback, and support initiatives for professional development.
Supervise and manage all administrative duties in line with company policy. Be prepared to travel by car and airplane for training; travel may also be necessary for acquisitions or other business-related tasks.
Represent the company with professionalism and kindness.
Create and implement leasing strategies that attract potential residents and help us reach our occupancy goals.
Providing exceptional customer service for our current and future residents.
Analyze financial performance and seasonal trends to pinpoint areas for improvement and implement effective solutions as necessary.
Recruit, hire, and mentor our onsite team members, cultivating an environment that encourages career growth and new opportunities.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and legal requirements. Implement risk management strategies.
Develop and oversee our annual operating budgets, including operating expenses, capital expenditures, and revenue projections that support our business plan.
Coordinate maintenance and repair activities, including preventive maintenance programs, emergency repairs, and capital improvement projects.
