The role is based in Chiswick, London, requires five days a week in the office (Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm), and we cannot offer sponsorship. As the Workplace Experience Specialist you will be the go‑to person who keeps the office running smoothly, from greeting visitors to maintaining supplies and spaces.
Reporting to Vivian, Head of People Operations, you will create an organised, inviting and well‑maintained environment, acting as the first point of contact for all office‑related matters. This hands‑on, people‑focused role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the go‑to person and enhancing employee experience in a busy, people‑centred setting.
