O&M Engineer's

• Perform root cause analysis of breakdowns and highlight action points with data-backed insights.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and the central team for smooth operations.
• Key Responsibilities:Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of solar plants, including inverters, transformers, and modules.
• Monitor plant performance using SCADA and prepare daily/weekly/monthly generation reports.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards, using formulas, pivot tables, and charts for performance tracking.
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols.
• Maintain spares inventory, site documentation, and O&M compliance checklists.
• Automate reports and data tracking using Excel Macros/VBA to improve efficiency.

We are looking for a Solar O&M Engineer with strong Excel and reporting skills to join our team. The role involves managing solar power plant operations across multiple sites while preparing detailed performance reports, MIS dashboards, and data analysis for management review. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical understanding of solar O&M along with advanced Excel proficiency.

Experience: 1–3 Years
