

Full‑service engineering, procurement, construction management and technical services firm
The role is responsible for planning and scheduling heavy industrial engineering projects, monitoring costs, and estimating work with minimal supervision. Primary duties include developing and updating construction schedules, forecasting activities, and identifying coordination issues where safety and schedule may conflict.
Candidates should have at least a high school diploma, with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in construction or related fields preferred, and ideally hold AACE or PMI certification. Minimum five years of industrial experience in planning, scheduling, cost control, and estimating is required.
The position demands detailed knowledge of company standards, earned value, and project productivity, strong communication and mentoring abilities, and proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Office applications. Physical ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods is also required.
