- Maintain organized documentation of drawings, revisions, and project files.
- Interpret architectural design sketches, specifications, and design requirements to produce accurate manufacturing drawings.
- Assist with estimating takeoff, mockup development, quality analysis, quality control and value engineering aspects of fabrication
- Collaborate with architectural, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure designs meet manufacturing and safety standards.
- Attend scheduled project manager, estimator, and operations meetings upon request
- Assist in the preparation of Architectural drawings for various building materials and systems
- Develop detailed drawings and models using AutoCAD, Revit, and Inventor.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company procedures.
- Revise drawings based on feedback, design changes, or production requirements.
- Total-Ownership: Take responsibility for project timelines, quality, and deliverables.
- Take full ownership of assigned projects, ensuring timely completion without compromising quality.
- Maintain project schedule, documents, data, and files
- Develop submittals for client approval in accordance with contract scope
- Respectful: Foster open communication and value input from all team members.
- Develop CAD (Computer-Aided Design) drawings and electronic files for CNC (Computer Numerical Control) fabrication
- Participate in design reviews, offering innovative solutions to improve manufacturability and efficiency.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and specifications.
- Effective communicator, capable of working collaboratively within a team.
- Have a good understanding of the construction industry and building practices
- Good working knowledge of Windows operating system and Microsoft 365 (Office, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.)
- Ability to multi-task and set priorities with consistent follow-through
- 2+ years of drafting experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and engineering principles.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Autodesk Inventor is preferred.
- Candidate must be proficient with AutoCAD and Revit
- Keen attention to detail, crave challenges, quick learner
- Enjoy Hands on development of new ideas and products
- Synergistic: Collaborate effectively across departments to achieve common goals.
- Associate degree or certification in Drafting, Mechanical Design, or a related field.
