• Conduct post‑mortem analyses on jobs deviating ±5–10 % from expected margins.
• Review weekly work orders to identify installation trends and client satisfaction.
• Approve submittals with account managers before client submission.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by soliciting feedback from all service sites.
• Coordinate job scheduling and site compliance with customers and technicians.
• Support design/build activities as required by clients.
• Verify all permits, licenses, and inspection filings are completed.
• Schedule weekly activities for assigned personnel and manage material requirements.
• Provide on‑site assistance for personnel problems when needed.
• Prepare project status reports and schedules.
• Price, submit, and expedite change order requests.
• Complete punch‑list items and submit accurate as‑built drawings promptly.
• Review field reports for accuracy before data entry.
• Attend project meetings and contribute to business‑development initiatives.
• Respond promptly to employee concerns and maintain a safe, drug‑free workplace.

Requirements

The company is seeking an Electrical Services Manager with a strong business‑development focus to lead its Dallas, Texas team. The role requires managing service technicians, overseeing financial performance, and driving new business growth while ensuring high‑quality installations and customer satisfaction.

The position blends office work with regular construction‑site visits and may involve exposure to various weather conditions and use of personal protective equipment. Candidates must be physically able to perform typical field duties, including lifting up to 15 lb and using site sanitary facilities.

• Hold a high school diploma; additional technical training or a Construction Management degree is preferred.
• Possess 1–2 years of senior technician experience with field background.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of electrical systems and NEC code.
• Have experience in electrical estimating and strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to prioritize rapidly changing tasks and work under pressure.
• Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing; exhibit strong interpersonal skills.
